The customer required a washing line for washing 0-4 (5) mm and 0-10 mm limestone sand, where clay and dust particles (<0,063 mm) had to be separated from the fine-grained material and where the final product contained less than 3% of fine particles. In the residual material 0-0,063 mm, the final product content was below 6%, the so-called "loss of finished product".
The first limestone sand washing plant designed, engineered and constructed in Estonia.
The whole solution is a combination of products built by Weir Minerals and ourselves in collaboration with others (Revismo OÜ designed, OÜ Egesten Metallehitused manufactured).
